About Us

LedgerComm is a Capital Markets Infrastructure Provider (CMIP). We provide end-to-end technology for originating, syndicating, administering, trading and settling loans. It works for private credit, syndicated and real estate debt.

Our tech is aimed at servicing banks, independent agents and private credit funds.

Our mission it so change how the loan market absorbs and leverages data. To accomplish this we have to drive process change though great tech. This is only possible through connected, easy to use technology with clear and obvious workflows.

Opportunity pitch

The opportunitiy we are chasing is very attractive. LedgerComm is providing a next generation of infrastructure to financial services companies - banks, administrators and private credit funds. Contract value is high, contract length long and industry multiples are between 20-25x EBITDA. We are 2 years ahead of the competition in terms of tech build and supply a product in terms of user experience and connectivity is unmatched.

Current pain point(s) that you would hope an advisor could tackle

Go-to-Market. Marketing. Monopoly Disruption.

We have amazing product market fit. We need strategic advice from an experienced professional who has dealt with selling to large financial services companies in the past. We are trying to unpick a duopoly of incumbent products within a financial markets ecosystem.

Due to long sales cycles in the industry product adoption has been slower than we want. We need an effective land and expand strategy to bridge the gap to a larger adoption of our product.
