Simon is an experienced NED and Chair in the leisure industries, & the charity sector. He is the Chair of the Rugby Football League and related businesses & of SIS Holdings and is a Chair and Trustee of charities in the Jewish community. As an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Lancaster University, he heads SJRB, consulting for charities & leisure firms. His career executive career included senior roles at ITV, the Premier League, The FA & the England 2018.

He led Carling Premiership sponsorship & Fast Web Media, working with The Premier League and Barclaycard. He's built and sold three digital businesses, including AI-driven DataPOWA. He now leads TEAM Vertical, a football kit supplier, and DevBlink AI, focusing on AI and sports.

Tina is an experienced multi sector portfolio NED & strategic board advisor with a background spanning Financial Services (FS) (HSBC, JPM), FinTech, Sport, & Not for Profit. She currently serves on the boards of British Rowing, Harpenden Building Society, and Onward Homes & is an expert in ESG, risk, & governance. 20+ years exec career in FS in strategic & commercial roles. Tina is passionate about all sport from grass roots to high performance & believes in the power of sport to bring societal, health, inclusion and wellbeing.

SERIAL SPORTS NED, FORMER CEO EUROSPORT AND SPORTS HEAD META

Peter serves on the boards of the Saudi Pro League, Professional Triathlon Organisation, and Rugby League Commercial. He also collaborates with sports tech firms like Greenfly, Sporttotal, Hype, & YBVR. Previously, he was CEO of major sports broadcasters Eurosport, Fox Sports, & Ten Sports, and led sports partnerships at Meta for five years. He has also held leadership roles at IMG & MP & Silva.
