Ottan develops bio-based building materials and production systems for a NetZero future by up-cycling industrial green waste. In the next 3 years, we'll focus on bringing our products into market with scaled manufacturing, taking our certificates and patents while increasing our revenues. Our marketing activities include presence in the world’s best material libraries and exhibitions, and we aim to tap into both sustainable mass and high-end markets. In five years, Ottan aspires to generate revenue through licensing its intellectual property.

Opportunity pitch
We aim to expand our production from Turkey to the UK and are seeking a dynamic individual to play an active role in this transition. Initially, we need an advisor/NED to guide our TR-UK operations, with the potential for this role to evolve into a more hands-on leadership position. This is a unique opportunity to shape our international growth and drive the adoption of sustainable materials in new markets.
Current pain point(s) that you would hope an advisor could tackle
We hope the advisor can navigate and ensure compliance with UK regulations and standards related to production and operations of sustainable materials. The advisor could identify and form strategic partnerships with key players in the UK industry, building up the production and operations to meet market demands while maintaining quality and sustainability. Integrating and coordinating teams across Turkey and the UK for seamless collaboration and communication is also essential. We have the know-how of producing and developing the materials however, we need a professional to have knowledge ofe establishing a production facility and operating the transition.
