About Us
Buildshare, has created an investment app (Fin Tech) that allows UK retail investors to pool money to make asset-backed development loans to SME property developers for a fixed return (~10%+). This solution goes a long way to addressing the housing crisis by enabling SME property developers to build more, at a more competitive cost, without the massive headache of sourcing funding. Unlike their competitors, this is a technology-first company bringing cutting edge applications of AI to residential construction.

Opportunity pitch
We are seeking Non-Executive Directors /Advisors with the following areas of expertise:
- Experience in corporate lending, bridging finance, credit and underwriting
- Specific knowledge in real estate would be valued (i.e. connections with financial brokers to build out developer customer base)
- Connections with institutional lenders (assisting in attaining funding lines to top up funding campaigns to help us scale) and FCA contacts

- Pressure testing our underwriting process
- Retail customer (investor) acquisition (via digital marketing) for our app
