​​VOCASO was founded more than five years ago as a home for senior leaders stepping beyond the traditional career path

The world of work has shifted profoundly. We all want more from our careers, we're living longer, and most of us want to keep drawing on our experience and expertise while building lives with greater flexibility and purpose.

 

Many of us now hold several roles simultaneously as a Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor, Fractional Leader, or an impactful Pro Bono role. What's often referred to as a portfolio career.
