Vocaso was founded more than five years ago as a home for senior leaders stepping beyond the traditional career path.
The world of work has shifted profoundly — we're living longer, and most of us want to keep drawing on our experience and expertise while building lives with greater flexibility and purpose. Many of us now hold several roles simultaneously as a Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor, Fractional Leader, or Senior Interim. What's often referred to as a portfolio career.
But for those of us used to the energy of corporate life, it can sometimes feel like a solitary road. Vocaso exists to change that. This is a place to meet people who get it, share what you know, build genuine relationships, and open doors for one another. We call it simply: give and get.
Our Community
We gather in person regularly — relaxed meetups and drinks where you can connect with your peers. No agenda, no sales pitches; just honest conversation with people at your level. We currently meet in London around ten times a year, with plans to expand to Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Belfast, and Cardiff in the coming months. Every new member is welcomed through an introductory webinar — a chance to introduce yourself and begin building connections from day one. We also run regular member webinars where you can share experiences, seek advice, or contribute to wider thought leadership, often alongside inspiring guest speakers.
