LedgerComm is a Capital Markets Infrastructure Provider (CMIP). We provide end-to-end technology for originating, syndicating, administering, trading and settling loans. It works for private credit, syndicated and real estate debt.
Our tech is aimed at servicing banks, independent administrators and private credit funds.

Opportunity pitch
We have our first customers with over $1.5bn of assets on our platform. We have just executed the world's first same day loan trade & settlement with 2 NYC based hedged funds. Our business economics are strong - high value, long term contracts. Industry multiples are very attractive @ 20+ times EBTIDA. Barriers to entry are high with heavy investment in tech and specialist knowledge required.
Current pain point(s) that you would hope an advisor could tackle
Our GTM needs attention. Long sales cycles are hampering our ability to break into a market dominanted by monopoly service providers. We need to build trust and convert more leads who want our solution but don't want to be a first mover in terms of adoption.
